Rental procedures:
Boats are equipped with safety package, life jackets, fenders, fire extinguisher, anchor.
Gas: Boats are filled up with gas and must be full upon return, or filled at Mary Lake Marina to avoid charge.
1 day rentals on Mary Lake will be charged in full at time of reservation. In case of cancellations, the charge is NON-REFUNDABLE within 14 days of the rental starting date.
Multiple day reservations require a credit card on file 1 month before the rental start date to hold the reservation. In case of cancellations, 25% is NON-REFUNDABLE within 14 days of the rental start date
Delivery fees (includes pickup) $100-$ 175 depending on location – 5 day min rental
Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 30 days notice are NON refundable. Cancellations with more than 30 days are refundable less 15% administration fees.
Total rental balance is due on the rental start date and will be charged to the credit card provided for reservation.
Damage deposit: certain units are subject to $ 1500.00 damage deposit.
All drivers must have a valid drivers license, minimum rental age is 21.
Mary Lake Marina cannot be held responsible for weather conditions, Mary Lake Marina does not offer a refund policy due to weather conditions. Nevertheless, MLM strives to accommodate the renter as best as possible to reschedule the rental upon availability
We strive to get you the right boat, when failure or other damage occurs, we can only do our best to fit you a similar boat when available.
All rentals are subject to 13% HST
Our boats are insured for fire and theft, it is illegal to sell individual insurances.
Damage during your rental is in addition to your agreed rental amount – a replacement boat may or may not be available, additional charges may apply for upgraded models.
